Indian Creek, built in 1903, is one of two remaining covered bridges in Monroe County.  This is one of the most photographed covered bridges in West Virginia. The Weikel brothers were only 16 and 18 when they built this bridge.

Blue Ridge Parkway
The Blue Ridge Parkway is a 469 mile recreational motor road that connects Shenandoah and Great Smoky Mountains National Parks. Designed as a "scenic drive", the Parkway provides both stunning scenery and close-up looks at the natural and cultural history of the mountains. This is just a small area in north central Virginia.
